We built the Bell Registry to simplify and modernize the way private service professionals and employers connect. Traditional approaches often come with high fees, limited access, and processes that don’t always feel current. The Bell Registry offers a fresh alternative – one where excellence is expected, transparency is built in, and trust flows both ways.
Whether you’re hiring for a legacy estate or looking for your next great role, The Bell Registry brings clarity, privacy, and quality to every interaction.
Bell Registry was founded by Daniel Wood and Jenni Vaughan, two industry veterans with more than 40 years of combined experience in private service and estate staffing. After decades of working inside high-profile households, managing luxury estates, placing top-tier talent, and navigating every angle of the hiring process, we set out to design a refined, modern platform tailored to the unique needs of this field.
Daniel brings over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality and private service, including roles as an Estate Manager, Private Chef, and Yacht Chef, spanning the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. He founded DM Estate Staffing in 2012 after years of recruiting and managing estates firsthand and continues to lead high-level searches for families nationwide. With a rare understanding of all sides of the hiring process – as a candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter – Daniel is a trusted connector in the private staffing world.
Jenni began her private service career while completing her undergraduate and graduate degrees, supporting prominent families in Texas and Hawaii. After earning her master’s in education, she transitioned into full-time household management and spent over a decade running operations for a multi-residence estate and philanthropic foundation in Washington, D.C. Today, she leads senior-level searches at DM Estate Staffing, bringing a thoughtful, people-centered approach to every placement. She is a trusted connector and strong advocate for this field, committed to building genuine, lasting relationships within the private service community.
