Bell Registry is committed to maintaining a respectful, high-integrity environment for all users. By using the platform, you agree to uphold the following standards of conduct:
1. Professionalism & Respect
- Treat all users—whether professionals, clients, or agencies—with courtesy and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly, respond in a timely manner, and honor commitments you make.
- Avoid rude, aggressive, or demeaning language in all messages and on the message board.
2. Honesty & Representation
- Represent your background, experience, and availability truthfully in your profile or job postings.
- Do not mislead others with false credentials, references, or misrepresentations.
- Clients and agencies must describe roles and responsibilities accurately and transparently.
3. Confidentiality
- Keep candidate and client information private, including résumés, compensation details, and personal data.
- Do not screenshot, forward, or publicly share sensitive communications from the platform.
4. Ethical Use of Platform Features
- Use messaging tools and the message board only for professional networking and communication related to private service and estate staffing.
- Do not engage in spam, mass outreach, or solicitations for unrelated services.
- Harassment or misuse of platform features is strictly prohibited.
- Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior to support@bellregistry.com.
5. Prohibited Behavior
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Posting fake jobs, creating fraudulent profiles, or submitting falsified credentials.
- Speaking negatively or posting defamatory comments about any current or former employer, employee, or colleague.
- Attempting to collect or harvest data, impersonate another user, or bypass security protocols.
- Engaging in any discriminatory, harassing, or retaliatory behavior.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- A written warning.
- Suspension of messaging, job posting, or other account privileges.
- Temporary or permanent account termination.
- Legal action in serious cases.
