Any candidate we present—regardless of where else their profile may appear—falls under our agreement, and our referral fee applies.
  • When you use Bell Registry, you are hiring in a different way: you’re paying for direct access to the Registry, managing your own search, and contacting candidates directly without our involvement and without agency fees.

If you’ve asked us to manage your search and we present a candidate to you, the DM Estate Staffing agreement governs that hire. Bell Registry is a separate, self-service platform for clients who prefer to manage the process on their own.
